We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the design, optimization, and strategic evolution of our enterprise Identity and Access Management environment. This individual will serve as the technical leader for our mature SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) platform, driving architect ure, governance, automation, and process improvements across a predominantly on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience designing and implementing IAM solutions, developing long-term roadmaps, strengthening security controls, and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to modernize identity governance processes. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) architect ure and strategy. Lead the ongoing enhancement of a mature SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) environment. Translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM architect ure, implementation plans, and operational processes. Develop strategic roadmaps for identity governance, provisioning, authentication, and access management . Improve and automate identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows. Optimize role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, access requests, and certification processes. Drive automation initiatives to streamline provisioning, approvals, and governance workflows. Partner with security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to strengthen IAM controls. Provide technical leadership for complex identity -related incidents and serve as the highest level of technical escalation when required. Identify security gaps and recommend remediation strategies aligned with IAM best practices. Ensure IAM solutions support regulatory compliance and organizational security requirements. Mentor engineering teams and establish IAM standards, governance, and operational best practices.
