We are seeking a Director of Information Security to lead and strengthen the security posture of the Accertify ecosystem. Security is core to our product and the trust our clients place in us. In this role, you will oversee our defense-in-depth strategy, guide the adoption of major compliance frameworks, and drive a secure-by-default culture across our Linux, Kubernetes, and Java environments.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Own end-to-end delivery of FedRAMP, PCIDSS, and SOC 2 compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client security assessments and external audits.
Partner with the CTO to secure Java microservices and a distributed storage architecture.
Oversee incident response readiness, execution, and communication.
Provide security guidance on system design, architecture, and technical implementations.
Lead and mentor the Information Security team to ensure consistent, high-quality practices.
Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).Demonstrated success with FedRAMP authorization and PCIDSS Level 1 compliance.
Strong experience securing containerized (Kubernetes) and Linux-based SaaS environments.8+ years of information security leadership in Fintech or SaaS organizations.8+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and stakeholderinfluencing skills.
High level of ownership, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

$160,000-$175,000 base salary. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
