Job Overview As an Ethical Hacker, you'll test authorized systems, applications, and networks to uncover weaknesses before they can be exploited. You'll turn findings into clear, actionable guidance that strengthens security across IT infrastructure, network environments, and cloud services.
Your impact:
By identifying and helping remediate vulnerabilities, you help teams protect systems and the people who rely on them. Duties Conduct scoped vulnerability assessments and security assessments across LAN, WAN, cloud infrastructure, endpoints, and APIs. Use tools such as Nmap and Burp Suite to test network protocols, authentication, encryption, firewalls, VPNs, and identity and access management controls. Analyze logs and security events using security information and event management (SIEM) platforms; support threat detection, incident response, and recovery. Document findings, assess risk, recommend remediation, and verify fixes with security, network engineering, and development teams. Help align security engineering and vulnerability management with NIST standards, ISO 27000-series requirements, PCI, FedRAMP, and other applicable compliance frameworks. Qualifications Experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, security analysis, vulnerability research, or related IT security work; computer science or computer networking knowledge is must.
