Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for CrowdStrike capabilities supporting the organization's Attack Surface Management program. This individual will be responsible for the administration, optimization, automation, and expansion of CrowdStrike Exposure Management, Falcon Shield, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and related platform technologies.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on improving vulnerability visibility, risk prioritization, remediation workflows, and overall cyber risk reduction through automation and platform engineering. The engineer will partner closely with Vulnerability Management and Security Operations teams to transform security findings into actionable remediation efforts.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical owner and SME for CrowdStrike Exposure Management, Falcon Shield, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, and related capabilities.
Configure, administer, optimize, and expand CrowdStrike Attack Surface Management capabilities across the enterprise.
Design and implement risk-based prioritization models using threat intelligence, exploitability data, asset criticality, business context, and exposure information.
Develop and maintain automation workflows that enrich vulnerabilities with ownership, business context, threat intelligence, and risk scoring.
Build workflows to automate ticket generation, ownership assignment, remediation routing, and reporting processes.
Develop and support integrations between CrowdStrike and enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, CMDBs, asset inventories, reporting solutions, and security tools.
Leverage APIs, scripting, and automation technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Create reporting and metrics that measure remediation effectiveness, risk reduction, and attack surface visibility.
Collaborate with Vulnerability Management teams to improve remediation outcomes across endpoint, infrastructure, cloud, and identity environments.
Continuously improve security processes, workflows, and platform capabilities to strengthen organizational security posture.
Compensation:
$126,000.00 to $131,000.00 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security Engineering, Security Operations, or Security Platform Administration.
Strong hands-on administration and configuration experience with CrowdStrike Falcon in a large enterprise environment.
Healthcare industry experience or experience within highly regulated environments.
CrowdStrike certifications.
CISSP, CEH, Security+, GIAC, or other Cyber Security certifications.
