Job Description

Job Description The Vulnerability Management Analyst serves as the primary liaison between CrowdStrike Exposure Management and internal remediation teams. This individual will be responsible for turning vulnerability findings into actionable remediation efforts by prioritizing risks, coordinating with technical stakeholders, tracking remediation progress, and ensuring security issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between CrowdStrike Exposure Management and remediation teams.

Analyze vulnerability and exposure findings to determine risk and remediation priority.

Translate technical vulnerability data into actionable remediation plans for system and application owners.

Coordinate remediation efforts across infrastructure, application, and security teams.

Track remediation progress and ensure vulnerabilities are resolved within established timelines.

Build, improve, and manage vulnerability remediation workflows and operational processes.

Drive stakeholder communication and accountability throughout the remediation lifecycle.

Develop metrics and reporting to measure remediation effectiveness and overall security posture.

Identify opportunities to improve vulnerability management processes and reduce organizational risk.
Compensation:
$75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or a related Cybersecurity role.

Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Exposure Management.

Experience building, managing, and improving vulnerability remediation workflows and processes.

Experience coordinating remediation activities across technical teams and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of vulnerability management principles and risk prioritization.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with additional vulnerability management platforms:

TenableQualysRapid7Similar toolsServiceNow experience.

Power BI reporting/dashboard experience.

Healthcare industry experience.
