Job Description

Our client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Security Operations Analyst for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

This role will serve as a key liaison between field teams, vendors, Asset Protection leadership, and business partners to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, performance tracking, and program assessment.

Requirements:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated contractor to support the deployment, execution, and evaluation of the Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Pilot Program.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, security initiatives, or retail operations and possess strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, security initiatives, project coordination, or retail operations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting program data and operational metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Experience supporting Asset Protection, Loss ention, Security Operations, Investigations, Law Enforcement, or Retail Operations.
  • Experience with body-worn camera technology, digital evidence management systems, video management platforms, or related technologies.
  • Experience supporting technology deployments, pilots, or field implementations.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing operational issues through resolution.
  • Familiarity with change management, user training, and adoption programs.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Candidates must complete an online Microsoft assessment and include the assessment scores with their resume.

•Familiarity with AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) is preferred.

Recent college graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Required:
