Responsibilities The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the delivery, operational health, and strategic evolution of the Bank's Identity and Access Management program. This role manages a team of IAM Engineers and serves as the primary liaison between IAM Engineering and IAM Operations to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient identity services across the enterprise. The IAM Delivery Manager provides oversight for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Okta Workforce Identity, and Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM). The position is accountable for roadmap execution, project portfolio management, application onboarding, vendor management, resource planning, audit support, and regulatory examination activities. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately eight IAM Engineers. Manage contractors, consulting partners, and strategic vendor relationships. Establish performance objectives, development plans, and delivery expectations. Promote collaboration between IAM Engineering and IAM Operations. IAM Platform Ownership Provide strategic and operational oversight for SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, Delinea PAM, and Service Account Management solutions. Ensure platform availability, scalability, security, and compliance. Oversee upgrades, integrations, feature adoption, and lifecycle management activities. Service Delivery & Project Portfolio Management Own and execute the IAM roadmap. Manage application onboarding initiatives and cross-functional IAM projects. Develop resource plans, priorities, schedules, and delivery metrics. Drive automation and process improvement initiatives. Governance, Risk & Compliance Support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance assessments. Coordinate audit evidence collection and remediation activities. Partner with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams on control effectiveness. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders. Provide status reporting, risk communication, and strategic recommendations. Manage vendor performance, licensing, contracts, and professional services engagements. Requirements Key Skills Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Okta Workforce Identity Delinea Secret Server / PAM SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC MFA and Authentication Services Service Account Management Vendor & Project Management Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity experience. 7+ years of leadership, management, or technical team leadership experience. Experience leading engineering teams supporting enterprise IAM platforms. Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, or equivalent technologies. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Banking or financial services experience. Experience supporting regulatory examinations and audit programs. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, SailPoint, or Okta certifications. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and AWS IAM.
