Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Information Security Analyst for a W2 contract opportunity. This is a W-2 contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to work on our W-2 only. NO C2C or 1099.

3-5 years Top 3 skills: MFA / Identity & Access Management (IAM)—Microsoft Authenticator, Entra ID, Okta MFA, password/access issues, account lockouts, MFA enrollment, Windows Hello, password authentication/management. ServiceNow / Incident & Ticket Management - Strong ServiceNow experience, handling incidents/tickets from the service desk, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly. IT Troubleshooting / Windows & Active Directory - Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, device management, password management, and end-user technical support. Position summary : An InfoSec Analyst is needed to provide frontline support for workforce authentication services. This role will assist the workforce with MFA enrollment, authentication troubleshooting, password-related issues, and account access requests while delivering exceptional customer service. The InfoSec Analyst will support authentication solutions including Okta MFA, Microsoft Entra ID MFA, Windows Hello for Business (WHfB), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Password Safe. The individual will leverage ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and service queues while ensuring timely resolution of authentication-related issues. Key Responsibilities- Assist the workforce with Okta MFA and Microsoft Entra ID MFA enrollment and registration.
- Troubleshoot multifactor authentication challenges, including enrollment, authentication failures, device changes, and access issues.
- Provide support for password resets, account lockouts, credential issues, and authentication-related incidents.
- Support users with Windows Hello for Business enrollment and authentication troubleshooting.
- Assist with user account administration activities within Active Directory, Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage incident, request, and task queues.
- Ensure tickets are updated, documented, and resolved within established service level objectives.
- Escalate complex authentication and infrastructure issues to engineering teams when required.
- Support privileged access management processes using Password Safe.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge-base articles.
- Participate in user outreach and communication efforts related to authentication programs and initiatives.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused support to employees across the organization.
