Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security integration and low-voltage construction projects from kickoff through closeout. This role manages access control systems, CCTV / IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and integrated security systems for commercial and enterprise environments. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for schedule, budget, scope, subcontractors, and client communication. Responsibilities Manage multiple security integration projects and low-voltage construction projects from kickoff through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans Lead project kickoff meetings, OAC meetings, progress meetings, and closeout meetings Serve as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, consultants, and vendors Oversee installation and integration of access control systems, CCTV / IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and visitor management systems Review construction drawings, low-voltage drawings, submittals, and project documentation Coordinate field technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage scope control, change orders, RFIs, and risk mitigation Track labor hours, material costs, cost-to-complete, and project profitability Support billing, invoicing, and change order processing Ensure testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and system turnover Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and company safety policies Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of project management experience in security integration, low-voltage systems, or electronic security Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV / IP cameras, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms Experience managing commercial, enterprise, or multi-site security projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, low-voltage plans, and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar) Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Manufacturer certifications: Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone, CCURE, Axis, Hanwha Experience in healthcare, education, government, data centers, or critical infrastructure Work Environment Combination of office, jobsite, and client locations Travel required based on project needs
