Responsibilities Steering a forward-looking security engineering function at one of the world's leaders in prepaid and payment solutions. Leading and mentoring a team of skilled network security practitioners covering infrastructure security. Develop security tooling, process, and automation efforts across the network. Advocate for security best practices, acting as a bidirectional conduit to senior leadership and ensuring a network security presence at all stages of product lifecycle. Presenting key data on the network security of InComm's infrastructure and security to leadership; helping drive continual security improvements and methodology. Participate in designs of architectural systems to ensure that network security and privacy are maintained. Qualifications Ability to develop and advance the network security roadmap through products such as firewalls, secure remote access, DDoS, AMS, micro segmentation, and other evolving technologies that meet business objectives. Develop and maintain network security standards for switches, routers, load balancers, etc. Report progress to internal stakeholders, management, and executive leadership. Participate in continual process improvement to streamline existing processes and implement new ones where appropriate to reduce time to resolution and create a better customer experience. Work with a global team to open, track, triage, prioritize, document, escalate and communicate timely and accurate status and reporting. Communicate with technical and non-technical internal and external customers both verbally and written to provide clear, concise status updates, requests for assistance and directions for next steps. Responsible for service and project pre-planning, execution, wrap-up, and lessons learned activities. Creation of service/project documentation and delivery workflows. Maintain a good working knowledge of InComm products, services, and technologies. Partner with compliance and audit teams to fulfill regulatory requirements. Minimum of 10+ years of information security experience. 5+ years working in a leadership capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interface and communicate with IT resources, business contacts, and clients. Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment. Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams. Experience handling PCI, HIPPA and PII data is required. Excellent understanding of the security tools landscape Strong leadership, technical development, organizational, team building and management, communication and interpersonal skills. Technical background in the Network Security is desired. Education & Certifications A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field is preferred, but not required. A CISSP certification is preferred, but not required. Career development plan to include certifications upon hire.
