ENGINEER II - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS

This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for engineering, design, and operational oversight the School Division's enterprise information systems, endpoint platforms, and supporting technologies in a highly reliable, secure, and scalable manner. Work ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, supports business continuity, and aligns with industry best practices for educational technology environments. This position technical ownership and lifecycle engineering for client devices used by customers, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, and assists with the coordination and oversight of services provided by the Division's central contact desk. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Customer Contact Center and in collaboration with Information and Instructional Technology Services staff, with functional reporting to the Director of Information and Instructional Technology Services.

Job Description SALARY:

Grade 14

Salary Range:

$100,853 - $163,483 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
