Job Description A leader in automation and cutting-edge technology in Reading, MA is hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer. As a BI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing scalable data solutions and analytics frameworks to support robotics innovation and operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role working with large datasets and building data models, dashboards, and reporting systems that drive business decisions. In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems. You will design and implement robust ETL pipelines, create dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Tableau or QuickSight, and automate reporting processes to enable data-driven decision-making across engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with product owners to translate business needs into analytical requirements, maintaining data documentation, and continuously identifying opportunities for improved analytics and reporting.
