Minneapolis, MN What's the Job? Design, develop, and implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric. Create reusable ETL and ELT pipelines to move data from various enterprise sources into governed analytical data stores. Optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processing routines for performance and reliability. Develop and maintain enterprise data models supporting Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted analysis workflows. Utilize AI tools to accelerate data analysis, code development, and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in data engineering, database engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in advanced SQL development and Microsoft SQL Server. Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms, especially Microsoft Fabric or similar. Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling, including Medallion methodology and repository-driven standards. Practical experience integrating diverse data sources such as Excel, APIs, files, and web-based data. What's in it for me?
