About the team:
The Program Controls & Operations Data Engineering (ProCODE) team enables trusted, enterprise-scale operational insights and automation by transforming fragmented data into actionable intelligence. As we modernize our reporting ecosystem, ProCODE is leading a strategic migration from legacy business What we're looking for: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using PowerBI. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and data agents in a modern analytics environment. Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and solution development. Working knowledge of SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets. Experience with DAX and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship. Base Salary:

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
