- Our Client is seeking a
LOCALLY-BASED
North Carolina ETL/Databricks Data Engineer to work mostly onsite and to help in building a pricing data application moving from a legacy platform to a new system for pricing decision making. The selected candidate will help manage a large data team and focus on ensuring coordination between application and data teams. We are looking for an individual who can build modern data systems that are resilient to change and flexible for future machine learning usage. This role is driving the solution via coding/ETL/hands on technical engineering where the data environment is new, but will use historical, complex data to help build future needs for pricing and working toward full data automation.Requirements:
- Experience with ETL tools, preferably Databricks
- Experience with AWS
- Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, SQL
- Experience with building new data systems
