YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support the business by designing and maintaining logical data architecture, including star schemas, cubes, and dimension tables You manage the technical execution of Redshift migration, optimizing table structures and query performance for efficient analytics You liaise with cross-functional teams to build reusable data models and ensure consistent KPI definitions You maintain data quality and integrity across key business datasets, establishing testing, documentation, and governance standards You receive and automate manual data processes by building pipelines and leveraging AI-powered coding assistants You assist with deep-dive analyses, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for senior management
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 3-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity Education You have a bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Data Analytics/Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and are authorized to work in the United States or Portugal without sponsorship Technical Proficiency You possess advanced SQL skills, experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and familiarity with BI/visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) Soft Skills You demonstrate strong communication skills, business literacy, and the ability to present complex data architecture decisions in plain language Commitment to Excellence You are automation-minded, AI-fluent, and able to manage your own priorities with a self-directed approach Additional Skills You are familiar with data modeling concepts, prompt engineering, and have experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting (preferred)
