Salary:

What your future day will look like: Analyze business questions and identify the data, metrics, and methodologies needed to deliver actionable insights. Explore and model large datasets within Snowflake to support reporting, benchmarking, and product development initiatives. Build, maintain, and validate dbt models that support key business and performance metrics. Develop prototypes and user-facing analytics tools that translate complex data into accessible experiences. Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and analytical workflows. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable analytical solutions and data-driven applications.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, product analytics, or a similar technical role. Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and production dbt environments. Experience building analytical models, metrics, and data-driven solutions from ambiguous business requirements. Working knowledge of React, Git/GitHub, and modern development workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. Healthcare analytics, benchmarking, Python, or SaaS product experience is a plus.
