This role bridges traditional BI engineering and modern cloud analytics: ingestion pipelines into Fabric, T-SQL and dimensional modeling, Azure Data Factory orchestration, and notebook-based transformations in Python and Pandas. You'll design the data and semantic models that power analytics and self-service BI. What our client is looking for: 3+ years in BI, data engineering, or data warehouse development

Hands-on T-SQL:

complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning ETL/ELT pipelines built with ADF or a comparable orchestration tool Dimensional modeling: star schemas, fact/dimension design, surrogate keys, SCD Type 1/2 Transformations in notebooks (Python/Pandas); Fabric, Spark, and Power BI semantic models are a plus

Compensation:

$98,500 - $105,500 base salary 10% target cash incentive bonus $5,000 one-time equity grant

Location:

100% in-office in Maryville, TN. No remote or hybrid option.
