Job Description Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources and access methods for reporting and analytics. Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes, transformation logic, and data staging solutions to support business intelligence initiatives. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Splunk to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Analyze business requirements and convert raw data into meaningful information that supports operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborate within an Agile environment, participating in 2-week sprints and 12-week Program Increment (PI) planning cycles while adapting to changing priorities. Identify new data sources, perform data validation and quality checks, and leverage SQL and Excel to support reporting and analytics efforts. Requirements Active Secret Security Clearance required. Security+ certification or an IAT Level II compliant certification required; no exceptions or waivers. 5-7 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, data integrations, and transformation workflows. Strong SQL programming skills with experience extracting, transforming, staging, and consolidating data from multiple sources. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI and/or Splunk. Demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets into business intelligence solutions and actionable insights in a fast-paced Agile environment.
