• serves as Operations analytics hub for Walmart's EE Finance organization, driving data-informed decisions across the network. Our mission provide E2E visibility into Driver Earnings and Disbursements through actionable insights for Compliance and regulatory purposes.
• We focus on
• : Building dashboards and tools to monitor Driver Earnings KPIs and operational performance.

Supporting Functional teams within finance and other groups through advanced analytics and optimization strategies. Providing ad-hoc analytics for leadership to enable quick, informed decision-making. Driving analytics for pilots and strategic initiatives, ensuring data-backed recommendations for future growth.

• What you'll do:
• Data Management & Quality
• Discover,
• Extract and validate data from multiple sources; maintain scalable pipelines and architectures. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Analytics & Insights
• Perform advanced analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities. Build dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights for efficiency and cost savings.
• Business Partnership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and align metrics. Communicate insights through clear storytelling and visualizations for audiences.
• Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Lead root cause analysis and recommend process enhancements. Identify and implement data-driven opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Technical Expertise
• Mentor teams on data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Ensure data quality and governance for analytics and model deployment (e.g., GCP BigQuery).
