The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate all configuration and processes related to the academic advisement tools in the university administrative data system for the Office of the Registrar. Required Education Bachelor's degree required and/or some college with a combination of equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred. Required Experience Two to five years of experience in higher education student records technology and/or related fields. Experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions desired. Primary Duties/Essential Functions Configures and maintains the Academic Advisement, Curriculum Management, and Records and Enrollment components in PeopleSoft with a primary focus on graduate and professional programs. Together with the Associate Director, collaborates with l program directors, department chairs, and deans regarding program and course requirements. Oversees training and documentation on all relevant software and business processes. Coordinates training sessions for staff and faculty. Uses PS SQL to write reports in SQL Developer and PeopleSoft Query Manager. Maintains AAR data and configuration in the context of automated Graduation Review Status and Graduation Clearance dashboards Enter individual substitutions, exceptions, and milestone records. Maintain content of Grad/Professional program/plan dashboard Create and maintain Grad/Professional Enrollment Requirements Implement Catalog changes in the Curriculum Management and Academic Advisement modules. Ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity in the Academic Advisement module. Assists with transcript clean-up. Troubleshoot issues related to the academic advisement tools. Partner with the Registrar Student Records Data Analyst and/or IMT on the XML formatting of the academic advisement report. Coordinate the testing of all patches and bundles for their impact on academic advisement tools. Contribute and participate in Registrar data team projects and priorities as determined by the Associate Director and Director or the Registrar Student Records Data Analyst team. Assists with Commencement planning and execution, and is required to work all commencement events (Winter and Spring) of each calendar year. Compensation Grade 10: $25.94 - $29.83 is the hourly compensation for this role and reflects what Azusa Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
