Interpret Data:
Use statistical techniques to analyze data and provide ongoing reports.

Develop and Implement Systems:
Create and maintain databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.

Acquire Data:
Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
•
Identify Trends:
Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and patterns.
•
Data Cleansing:
Review computer reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems.
• Collaborate with
Management:
Prioritize business and information needs in alignment with organizational goals. Candidates for Data Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience:
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
•
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
•
Reporting Tools:
Strong knowledge of reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), relational databases (SQL), and programming (Python, VBA or ETL frameworks).
•
Statistical Proficiency:
Comfortable using statistical packages (Excel, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for analyzing datasets.
•
Analytical Skills:
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information with attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Education:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. What's in this Data Analyst position for you?

Pay Details:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
