This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in software engineering and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered tools—such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services—across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments. Support the IT team in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure integration of AI tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage. Monitor and document AI tool performance, user feedback, and system logs. Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies. Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud services, and enterprise software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0-2 years of experience in IT support, software development, or systems administration. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs) is a plus. Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based services. Exposure to automation tools and workflow optimization. Interest in machine learning, natural language processing, or data analytics
