Location US-CO-Colorado Springs Secondary Location US-CO-Denver Security Clearance Top Secret Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Data Analyst to support our meshONE-T program by analyzing maintenance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position plays a critical role in optimizing maintenance processes, improving system reliability, and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the broader meshONE capability, supporting the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and their mission partners. Job Responsibilities Data Collection & Analysis Gather, clean, and preprocess maintenance-related data from various sources. Identify trends, anomalies, and insights within maintenance data to improve performance. Reporting & Visualization Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate maintenance performance and trends. Present findings to leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with maintenance teams to refine maintenance strategies and operational processes. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Support Develop models for predictive maintenance to anticipate equipment failures. Assist in implementing preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime and increase asset lifespan. Compliance & Data Integrity Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Maintain and enhance data governance practices within maintenance management systems. Compliance and Safety Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities.
Position Details Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday. May require work outside regular business hours to address urgent priorities.
Work Environment:
In-office position directly supporting improvement and maintenance activities.
Location:
Colorado Springs, CO, or Denver, CO.
Travel:
Some travel throughout the Colorado Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Denver).
Salary Range:
$140,000 - $150,000 Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel. Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS, EAM, REMIS, or similar). Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and asset lifecycle management. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Exceptional customer-facing interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications Experience working in a maintenance, logistics, or operations environment. Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance. Understanding of reliability engineering principles. Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
