Job Description
Department:
Stormwater Start Here. Grow Here. Stay Here. Ready to be at the heart of operations where strategy meets execution? We're looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy professional to partner with Operations Managers and help power the success of our Stormwater program. In this high-impact role, you'll use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and contract inspections- keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Work Hours:
Monday- Friday, 7:00 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m. About You Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Planning, Industrial/Engineering Technology or job-related field AND two (2) years of job-related experience
- OR•Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education•OR•Related professional program/ project management may substitute for the required education at management discretion A valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other work-related applications Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Project etc. Subject toPassing Substance Screening:
This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.About Everything Else:
Starting Pay:
