00/hour Role Overview In this role, you will act as an advisor to leadership on complex data management initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and influencing objectives, plans, and long-term goals for multifaceted business and technical needs. This position involves designing and conducting complex analyses to identify and remediate data quality issues and process gaps, while providing strategic direction to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions. Key Responsibilities Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, and resources. Design and conduct analysis to identify and remediate data quality, integrity issues, and process gaps. Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas. Evaluate data quality metrics and audits to benchmark the state of data quality. Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions. Strategically engage with professionals and managers across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor. Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation.
Required Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills:
SQL:
Ability to pull data from various sources, build complex queries for reporting, and document processes.
