Schedule:
Monday - Friday The Student Intern supports assigned tasks and projects under supervision while gaining practical experience by applying classroom knowledge in a healthcare environment. This role participates in organizational workflows, training sessions, and team discussions to develop professional skills and contribute to team objectives. The Student Intern communicates progress and challenges, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to organizational policies and procedures. Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning, this position provides valuable exposure to healthcare operations while fostering professional growth and career development. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Supports assigned tasks and projects under supervision.
  • Applies theoretical knowledge in practical workplace settings.
  • Participates in training sessions and team discussions.
  • Communicates progress and challenges regularly.
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies.
  • Gains exposure to healthcare workflows.

Qualifications Education Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Nursing, or another related field. Recent graduates may also be considered, depending on the internship program. Experience Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate. Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and professional communication. Willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in a healthcare environment. Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
