Working Title Temporary Research Data Analyst
Details The Department of Anesthesia is seeking a Temporary Research Data Analystto support research activities in the Obal Laboratory. This position will assist with the analysis of genetic and functional data generated through induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocyte (iPSC-CM) research. Responsibilities include analysis of bulk and single-cell transcriptomic datasets, proteomic and phospho-proteomic datasets, and assisting with the organization and maintenance of current data acquisition and analysis pipelines. The individual will work closely with laboratory personnel to organize, analyze, and interpret research data and contribute to ongoing research projects. This is a temporary position working up to 20 hours per week at a rate of $20.00 per hour. The position is expected to begin immediately. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with research or scientific data. Experience with transcriptomic, proteomic, bioinformatics, or data science analysis is preferred. A criminal background check will be required prior to employment. Contact
