The Data Analyst II will support commercial compliance operations through data analysis, monitoring, metrics reporting, communication, and operational execution. This role will analyze large and complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and compliance opportunities. The position will collaborate closely with Commercial, Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance, and other business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced MS Office expertise. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple workflows with limited supervision.Key Responsibilities:
Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support commercial compliance monitoring activities. Monitor and identify trends across compliance data and present findings, insights, and recommendations to business, legal, and compliance stakeholders. Support the identification and resolution of legal and compliance issues through effective communication, documentation, and training. Assist with audit support activities, including preparation of documentation, responding to requests, and tracking remediation activities. Collaborate with Commercial, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Financial Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to resolve complex compliance matters. Develop and maintain compliance procedures and work instructions to promote consistency and accuracy across monitoring programs. Interact with customer facing personnel and leadership to provide guidance and interpretation of compliance requirements. Manage multiple workflows simultaneously while coordinating activities with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement projects designed to strengthen business agility while maintaining compliance controls. Prepare clear written and verbal communications related to compliance inquiries, monitoring results, and operational activities.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets. Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Hands on experience with Excel pivot tables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to understand both broad business objectives and detailed compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience supporting commercial compliance, monitoring, audit, legal, or ethics and compliance functions. Experience working directly with customer facing personnel and business leadership.Benefits :
