Summary:
The contractor will work independently with minimal supervision, receiving general direction on project objectives, priorities, and expected deliverables. Responsibilities include collecting, reviewing, and compiling data for inclusion into reports.
1. Reviewing 900+ RFIs (requests for information) from 2025-YTD 2026. These are from global and regional health authorities.
2. Categorizing each request using defined criteria.
3. Compiling results into a standardized tracking dataset.
4. Identifying recurring themes and trend categories.
5. Providing summary metrics and analysis suitable for leadership reporting.
6. Creating a baseline dataset for comparison against future, 2027 health authority feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced Excel software skills
Regulatory data analysis - preferred
Metrics and KPI reporting
Process improvement and operational excellence
Stakeholder management
Strong attention to detail and data integrity
Experience translating data into business decisions for leadership
