Overview Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist Role Overview The Data & Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in the organization s data-centric environment, supporting the development and execution of reporting, analysis, and analytical models that enhance decision-making across the marketing organization. This role works closely with marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable insights and to enable the effective use of analytics and reporting in day-to-day decision making. The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of data and decision-making, is comfortable being both hands-on with analysis and front-facing with stakeholders and wants to help elevate analytics maturity and data literacy across a marketing organization. How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities Partner directly with marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate questions into analytical approaches, and deliver insights that inform action. Act as a trusted analytics advisor, helping stakeholders interpret results, understand drivers of performance, and apply insights to strategic and tactical decisions. Enable self-service analytics by documenting metrics, developing training materials, and educating stakeholders on how to use dashboards and reports effectively. Support the definition and maintenance of core marketing metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment across teams. Contribute to data transformation and modeling efforts that power reporting and analysis (e.g., curated datasets for funnel, lifecycle, and campaign performance). Partner with analytics, insights, and platform teams to ensure data quality, metric accuracy, and completeness of marketing data sources. Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, reporting automation, and insight delivery efficiency. Apply best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and analytical rigor to elevate the quality and impact of analytics outputs. Stay current on analytics, measurement, and marketing technology trends, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches to the team. About You Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related quantitative role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using modern BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). Experience working with marketing and customer data, including campaign, channel, and funnel-level metrics. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid media, web, social, etc.) and performance measurement frameworks. Experience analyzing funnel, conversion, and lifecycle performance from lead or prospect through customer outcomes. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a strong plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Experience supporting experimentation programs, attribution analysis, or marketing mix insights. Experience enabling self-service analytics or building metric documentation. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
