Overview LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Master Data Analyst to provide dedicated operational ownership of day-to-day customer master data onboarding, maintenance, and change support activities in SAP S/4HANA and related operational applications. This role ensures customer records are accurate, transaction-ready, properly documented, and aligned to approved master data standards — enabling the broader Enterprise MDM team to shift focus toward governance, data quality, automation readiness, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Validate customer master requests for completeness, necessary approvals, supporting documentation, and SAP-required attributes Establish and maintain customer and Business Partner records, including roles, views, partner functions, sales area, company code, and required organizational data Apply approved and required field standards to maximize first-pass accuracy and minimize duplicate creation, order blocks, billing delays, shipping issues, and downstream transaction errors Maintain full information regarding all creations and changes — including approvals, decision notes, screenshots/logs, and change history — to satisfy SOP adherence, internal controls, and audit readiness Facilitate daily intake and issue resolution with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Billing, and external partners to meet SLAs and ensure consistent customer master operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred — or equivalent business experience 2-4+ years of experience in master data management, data stewardship, customer onboarding, data quality, or operational data support Hands-on experience creating or maintaining customer master / Business Partner records in SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP environment Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and how customer master data impacts order entry, shipping, billing, payments, reporting, and downstream systems Experience with request intake, documentation, approvals, evidence capture, and audit-ready record keeping Strong attention to detail, service orientation, stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Excel or data analysis tools

Private Cloud and Business Partner role-based maintenance experience preferred Experience in regulated or audit-controlled environments such as SOX/GxP preferred Familiarity with duplicate review and address validation preferred Compensation $70-75/hr, dependent on fit/experience
