Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, mathematics, finance, business, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to review data for accuracy and identify trends or inconsistencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred QualificationsExperience developing reports or dashboards in Power BI.Experience writing queries in SQL Server or another relational database.
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.
Experience with workforce planning, operational reporting, or performance metrics.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data manipulation.
Programming or scripting experience using R, JavaScript, PHP, C++, or a similar language.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reports or analytical solutions.

Full-Time Contract Position OverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Data & Reporting Analyst to support workforce planning, workload management, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This position will collect and analyze data, develop routine and ad hoc reports, create metrics and visualizations, and provide recommendations based on findings. The analyst will also gather business requirements, write database queries, coordinate follow-up activities, and help ensure workforce and operational information is accurate and accessible. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and organizational skills, experience working with data and reporting tools, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, understandable reports and visualizations.
