Pride Health is hiring a Business Analyst Coordinator to support our client's healthcare facility in Minneapolis/Eden Prairie, MN - Location.

Pay Rate:

$22/hr.

Job Summary:

Responsible for reviewing and analyzing member identity and eligibility data, resolving data discrepancies, and providing operational support for the Individual Master Data Management (iMDM) team.

Duties:

Review and resolve member data matching discrepancies. Perform data analysis and member record reconciliation. Support daily operational and process activities. Identify data trends and recommend process improvements. Assist with quality reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling PHI/PII.

Requirements:
