00am - 5:00pm Up to 28 hours/weekOVERVIEW
Working as Part-time Data Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting scheduled and ad-hoc data extraction, processing and report requests. While this position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, it does require in-person weekly work at the location listed on the posting.RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Processing scheduled and ad-hoc data exports and reporting requests o Identifying and efficiently extracting complex datasets from multiple sources through the efficient and effective use of well-crafted queries o Reviewing and testing your queries to ensure accuracy and reliability, and debugging issues that arise o Processing report provisioning and access requests o Providing troubleshooting and routing of requests for support on data exports and published reports o Communicating with requestors through the service ticket process to ensure successful and timely completion of the request o Documenting queries used to explain their purpose, logic and specific considerations to assist in expediting similar requests in the future o Adhering to the governance and role level security of data and reporting access relevant to each individual situationREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o 18 years of age or older o Possess a High School diploma or GED o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
o Possess 1 year of experience in a professional business environment o Possess or are working towards a degree (major or minor) in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or in a related field of study o Experience with analytical and statistical software packages and query languages such as SQL, Python, MS Fabric, PowerBI, SAS, SPSS, JMP or similarABOUT US
