Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Analytics Consultant to join their team. As an Analytics Consultant, you will be part of the Analytics Department supporting the Commercial Mortgage Servicing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to identify reporting needs and solutions. Support the migration of reports from MS Access to Alteryx, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. What's Needed? 5+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Proficiency in Alteryx, with the ability to recreate reports from other systems. Strong knowledge of MS Access, including understanding of coding within reports. SQL skills, with the ability to analyze how SQL feeds into reports. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. What's in it for me?
