RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE

Analyze travel demand, congestion, safety, performance, equity, scenario, and geospatial datasets and document reproducible findings. Collect, validate, normalize, and document the source data, assumptions, business rules, performance measures, and analysis method. Perform the required analysis, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping and retain reproducible working papers. Review findings with stakeholders, resolve data exceptions, evaluate alternatives, and document recommendations and decisions. Publish the approved dataset, model, dashboard, schedule, requirements package, or report with quality checks and acceptance evidence. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness. What You Bring Demonstrated experience performing Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
