Job Description Summary:
The Data Analytics and Insights Lead is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving analytics, and reporting related work across systems. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality, trusted insights that support operational efficiency, data governance, compliance, and decision-making. The position combines people and workstream management with advanced analytics, Power BI expertise, and the application of Agentic AI solutions to modernize reporting, automate insights, and scale data-driven outcomes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage analytics, and reporting activities, ensuring effective execution and clear ownership across the workstream. Convert and modernize legacy reporting solutions to Power BI. Design, develop, and govern Power BI dashboards and semantic models to deliver actionable insights to business and operational stakeholders. Leverage Agentic AI solutions to automate data analysis, issue triage, and insight generation where applicable. Provide leadership oversight for ad hoc data extract and insight requests from supply chain and other business teams. Establish and maintain robust report documentation, standards, and best practices to support knowledge transfer, scalability, and continuity of operations.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science or Data sciences 10 years of experience needed in Data Analytics and Insights Strong leadership experience in data analytics, insights delivery, and workstream management. Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise reporting solutions. Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and applied automation for analytics and data operations. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and SQL skills. Good experience in stakeholder engagement.Preferred Experience/Skills:
Ability to manage multiple recurring and ad hoc priorities while driving modernization and efficiency. Experience in Documentation, standards, and knowledge transfer. Experience Cross-functional engagement.Pay Transparency Statement:
