We are looking for a Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst to support enterprise?wide improvements in data accuracy, controls, and governance across retail systems. This role will focus on mapping end?to?end data flows, assessing data quality controls, identifying risk gaps , and defining a scalable future?state governance framework. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in retail, operations, data analysis, audit, or governance who enjoy improving how data is managed and used across the organization. Key Responsibilities Inventory and document key data assets across systems Map end?to?end data flows and business processes Assess data quality across accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Identify control gaps, risks, and inefficiencies Design future?state governance models and monitoring KPIs Create a practical implementation roadmap Preferred Background Experience with data governance, data quality, or process mapping Exposure to retail, grocery, supply chain, finance, or operations data Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
