Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Data Analyst to join our Finance Analytics Team. The Finance Analytics Team is responsible for bridging business, analytics, and technology, and serves as the product owner for Finance IT solutions, including dashboards, data products, AI applications, and evolving key Finance systems. We ensure Finance leaders have trusted and actionable insights, and a scalable infrastructure to support financial performance, planning, and decision‑making. This position partners closely with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering. Join us and be a part of a team dedicated to process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with IT and Finance teams on system implementations and enhancements, while ensuring complete end-to-end solutions addressing transactional, process, and reporting requirements. Translate Finance business needs into clear product requirements and success metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems. Partner with users and IT on the development of reports and dashboards for real-time analysis of financial performance across key Finance domains (e.g., revenue, margin, cost, working capital, forecasting). Create and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and data flows. Collaborate with Finance teams to support ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a finance setting. Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, or similar. Strong knowledge of SAP tables and data flow. Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data manipulation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A deep commitment to the company's mission and values, along with a passion for contributing to its growth and success. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards. Knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and functionalities.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $123,000 - $155,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
