https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Deep understanding of metadata management, data cataloging, business glossary management, data lineage, stewardship, data governance principles, and enterprise metadata standards.
- Experience leading metadata onboarding, domain activation, data product onboarding, and data catalog adoption initiatives across large organizations.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Product Owners, SMEs, and technology teams to define business glossaries, metadata requirements, governance standards, and adoption strategies.
- Experience developing and implementing metadata standards, cataloging policies, governance playbooks, stewardship models, and adoption frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data mesh principles, governed data access, and domain-driven governance operating models.
- Ability to identify and resolve metadata quality issues, governance gaps, catalog adoption challenges, and data discoverability concerns while improving business value.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, stakeholder communications, change management plans, and governance initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional governance programs, influencing stakeholders, managing priorities, and delivering results in complex environments.
- Ability to leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance Data Management and Governance practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
