The Data Analyst partners with the Quality Management Department to turn quality data into clear insights that drive decisions. This role builds and maintains the tools, databases, and reports needed to collect and organize quality data. It also goes beyond reporting to analyze trends and spot emerging issues behind quality problems. The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver who can explain complex findings in plain language. They will recommend practical actions that improve product quality, process performance, and compliance. This position will be fully on site at Palisades Medical Center in

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's Degree of Arts or Science. Experience in data management, computer programs necessary for the job; including

EMR / EPIC

Prior experience in healthcare QA data management role required. Extensive employee and outside contacts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
