Job Description
Description Full-Time | Purcell Tire | Supporting the Global Mining Group Purcell Tire keeps mining operations rolling. We manage tire programs and tire-related logistics for our customers, and we're looking for an organized, tech-savvy team member to help us keep data accurate, reports polished, and our field managers supported. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting of tire tracking information
- Provide support for Managers in the field
- Assist the Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing, and other logistics for customers
- Assist the Field Support Manager with reports, presentations, proposals, and website updates Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Enter tire tracking information, double-checking accuracy before entry
- Communicate with Managers in the field on data, reporting, and billing issues
- Prepare and create regular reports, or as needed
- Assist the Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing, and other logistics
- Communicate with customers regarding needs, billing questions, or other issues
- Provide support as needed to other Managers What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to work more efficiently (strongly recommended)
- Familiarity with Excel Pivot tables, graphs, and equations (recommended, not required)
- Highly detail-oriented
