1st interview will be a Teams interview. 2nd interview will be onsite.
Requirements:
Minimum Associate's degree with Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience with data analysis, data quality management, and dashboard development. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, JMP/Python, Excel, or similar analytics platforms. Position Summary The Data Analyst will support a key innovation program by ensuring the effective collection, management, analysis, and visualization of data generated from the program. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of data quality, developing actionable dashboards and reports, and assisting in generating data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of data capture processes to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent collection of program data. Monitor, validate, and improve data quality by identifying discrepancies, resolving data issues, and establishing data governance best practices. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide visibility into program progress, milestones, and outcomes. Collaborate with program stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical solutions and visualizations. Assist data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support innovation program objectives. Establish and maintain documentation for data definitions, reporting methodologies, and data management processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to data collection, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure data accessibility, integrity, and alignment with program goals. Qualifications Minimum Associate's degree with Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience with data analysis, data quality management, and dashboard development. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, JMP/Python, Excel, or similar analytics platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting R D, innovation, product development, or technology programs. Knowledge of data governance, KPI development, and performance reporting frameworks.
