Job Description
Job Summary Th e Data Analyst supports a key innovation program by ensuring effective collection, management, analysis, and visualization of data. This role maintains high standards of data quality, develops actionable dashboards and reports, and generates insights that enable informed decision-making across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities D esign and implement data capture processes to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent collection of program data. Monitor and improve data quality by identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and establishing governance best practices. Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into program progress, milestones, and outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Analyze data trends to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable insights supporting program objectives. Maintain documentation for data definitions, reporting methodologies, and management processes. Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to data collection, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Ensure data accessibility and integrity across technical and business teams. Required Qualifications Minimum Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in data analysis, data quality management, and dashboard development. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, JMP/Python, Excel, or similar analytics platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholde rs. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting R D, innovation, product development, or technology programs. Knowledge of data governance, KPI development, and performance reporting frameworks. Experience working in cross-functional environments involving engineering, business, and program management team s. Certifications None required; certifications in analytics tools or data governance frameworks are a plus.
