POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Analyst manages the technical data architecture, automated data pipelines, data integration, and reporting infrastructure (dashboards) that support accreditation, assessment, and institutional research.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This person is responsible for the following:
Data Architecture & ETL:
Develops and maintains SQL queries, scripts, and automation workflows to extract data from systems
Dashboarding & Reporting:
Designs, deploys, and maintains interactive dashboards using visual tools (e.g., Power BI) for assessment, enrollment, and operational tracking.
Data Governance & Quality:
Maintains data dictionaries and validates integrity across transactional and analytical databases.
Accreditation Systems:
Builds automated digital repositories and evidence pipelines to gather compliance metrics efficiently. Assists with staff training and development in areas related to data collection, data management, and data analysis. QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
COMPUTER SKILLS
2+ years writing complex SQL, managing database systems, and building business intelligence dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
