Job Description
Data Analyst Pay Rate:
$27/hr. Day Shift 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Data Analyst - Automated Warehouse Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst to support operations within a new automated warehouse environment. This role will analyze data from our Warehouse Management System (WMS), automation equipment, and operational processes to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Analyze warehouse and WMS data to monitor operational performance. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse operations. Track metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, throughput, and equipment performance. Identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement. Work with warehouse, operations, IT, and automation teams to investigate data discrepancies and operational problems. Validate WMS data and help ensure accurate inventory and transaction reporting. Support continuous improvement projects using data and performance analysis. Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible. Present findings and recommendations to management and operational teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with Excel and data analysis. Experience with SQL and reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI is preferred. Familiarity with WMS, warehouse operations, inventory management, or automated material-handling systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
