Job Description
Purpose Operational:
Drive revenue growth and maximize adoption of key products within assigned accounts.Financial:
Identify additional opportunities for revenue growth within the account and maintain existing revenue. Increase client satisfaction with Mitchell through measurable financial and operational results. KPIs Product revenue growth within each account SLA met according to the contract On time and accurate account reporting This role requires a candidate who can combine analytical rigor with client-facing judgment: translating data into operational recommendations, communicating findings clearly, and partnering across Client Success teams to support measurable account outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (business-related field preferred) with 2+ years' relevant work experience required Intermediate SQL, Tableau, Python, and/or PowerBI knowledge required Intermediate Excel, Powerpoint knowledge required Working knowledge of auto insurance industry and associated data highly preferred Working knowledge of GenAI and Analytics AI toolsets (Copilot, Hex, AWS Quick) highly preferred Executive presentation experience a plus Work effectively and professionally with peers, management, and cross-functional partners. Think conceptually and operate with minimal direction while effectively using available resources. Drive issues and initiatives through to complete resolution. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to understand and articulate client business strategy and connect that strategy to the use of key products. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 - $80,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
