Work Schedule :

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity This position will assist the DP&S business unit in achieving the product/project goals by providing configuration services including requirement gathering, system configuration, user acceptance testing, implementation and post-implementation support. This role requires the ability to provide configuration services as prioritized by the configuration manager and/or team leader while establishing a collaborative one-team approach to accomplishing all product development through delivery goals. The Work Itself Gather product requirements from DP&S Product Development team Assist in product related configuration development Execute configuration programming in test and production environments Assist with unit testing of the system configuration Provide defect resolution and support during system testing and user acceptance testing Perform production support analysis on defects submitted to the configuration team Perform SME role in system related projects The Qualifications We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science or similar background preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service skills High level of accountability Technical skills and experience with software applications including: MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Oracle SQL Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work across cultures and functions Minimum Qualifications 0+ years of experience High school Diploma or GED equivalent How We'll Have Your Back Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
