How You'll Make an Impact Support analysis of customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify trends, customer pain points and opportunities for improvement. Assist with AI and NLP-enabled analysis of customer interactions, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and other emerging analytical techniques. Collaborate with senior analysts and business partners to develop and maintain customer interaction categories, business rules, data definitions and analytical methodologies. Integrate data from multiple sources under general supervision to fulfill business needs. Conduct data quality checks and validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data reviews, sampling and reconciliation. Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and end-user data resources. Document analytical processes, data definitions, assumptions and methodologies to support consistency and repeatability.
